Well, this is pretty amazing!
When we started Hidden Creek, I don’t think any of us could have imagined where this crazy journey would take us. We just kept building, changing, trying new things and asking ourselves what could make this place really special.
And yes, somewhere along the way that apparently meant building giant wine barrels for people to sleep in.
To have a Travel + Leisure writer actually come stay with us and then write about not only the Wine Barrel Guest Homes, but our restaurant, the food, the property, the trails, the wildflowers and the whole Hidden Creek experience is just incredible.
There have been a LOT of crazy ideas, long days, pivots and moments of wondering what in the world we were doing to get here.
But there has also been an amazing team that keeps believing in those crazy ideas and figuring out how to make them happen. I am so incredibly proud of what we have built together.
Seeing our little 77 acres in Roscoe, Illinois in Travel + Leisure is definitely one of those moments where you stop for a second and think… wow.
Take a few minutes and read the article. They really captured Hidden Creek.
