I’m Kerry—a former pastor’s daughter who grew up in a world of restrictions and silence. I wasn’t expected to lead. I wasn’t expected to think for myself. But deep down, I knew I was built for more.
With no college degree, no funding, and zero access to traditional power structures, I went on to transform one of the most risk-averse industries in the world: aviation. After surviving trauma, poverty, burnout, and a near-death experience after childbirth, I launched Comply365—an aviation tech company that brought iPads into the cockpit for the first time in history.
Our platform replaced binders with digital flight manuals, real-time alerts, and streamlined forms—changing how pilots and airlines operate globally. I went from being underestimated in every room to becoming one of the top tech innovators in my space.
But more than titles or headlines, I built a business rooted in resilience, empathy, and real-world grit.
I believe true leadership is about presence, not ego. I’ve led with humility, laughter, and tenacity—often learning as I went.
I build cultures where people feel seen, safe, and empowered. Whether I’m guiding a startup, helping a team rebuild trust, or speaking on a stage, I bring the same mindset: clarity, courage, and compassion.
I’ve lived the chaos of bootstrapping while raising a family. I’ve walked away from toxic power structures. I know what it feels like to be in survival mode—and how to build from there.
